They completed our job in 2 days and took care of the surrounding areas of the jobsite. We are extremely happy with our new backyard patio and pool slab! We had Nance contracting stop by to give us an estimate on pulling out all of our overgrown, hedges, bushes and shrubs. They came by the day I contacted them and were very professional. Gave us our estimate which we approved and they started work the very next day. After they got all of the old stuff pulled out, they started on the retaining wall from the stones we chose. Very hard-working and punctual. Took great care in their work. Made sure everything was level and aesthetically pleasing. We picked out our shrubs and plants and they planted them all for us after the beds were ready with topsoil and paper to keep out the weeds. Added the mulch on top and took care of planting grass seed in areas where we needed it. They were very friendly, helpful with what we needed to be picking out for them to use. Would highly recommend this company and the owner, Chase, is a hardworking, conscientious young man. Plan on using them in the future for other projects.

I asked them to do some work for me and they were able to get to it pretty quickly and did a great job. The owner communicated well with me before and during the job!

I have a walkout basement at our house separated about 16’ from a 2nd garage. The initial concrete pour was not long enough to park a boat and trailer. Naces Contracting regraded the slope and formed a concrete pad that to give me a 16’x22’ level concrete pad.

The great touch he added was raising the grade of the gravel drive to meet the 10” rise formed by the concrete. He brought in tons of rock to form the base of a new and better to rock driveway that went to the back of the house near the walkout.

He gave me a great finished pad for the boat and an established a grade that lets me get my truck to the back of the house’s lower grade when needed.

We had a large 2 car garage built by a local builder… this big build shifted the grade in the area between the new garage and the house. The builder came out and graded but we were still left with a leak in the basement of our house. We called Nance Contracting because I know Chase …. He returned our call the same day, gave us a bid by the next day and was at our house regrading the area within a week.

Great work… no more leaks! Fair prices, prompt response times. I would (and will 100%) use this company for all my future projects!

Chase and crew replaced a drain pipe in my yard and cut down a tree and took out some bushes that were diseased. The yard is draining SO much better now that he fixed it and the work was done quickly and reasonably. I would definitely hire him again!
